Oath and Blood

"I took an oath, I swore on ash. Through blood and stone, my path is clear"

I forged these swords in the ruins of the city where I awoke; fury and indignation were the flames that drove me through the nights. With them, I moved through the shadows and hunted down every invader who did not belong to that city – the city I vowed to avenge, so that the dead might rest in peace.

I took as many lives as there was blood spilled in the city; that is where I took my name, for my blood is eternal and death holds me in suspense. For humanity, I swore to fight until we prosper once more.

With them alone I forged the beginning of my story; with them in hand I kept alive the community I had vowed to protect. With them I took the title of Warlord, and more lost souls came to my walls seeking safety; with them I fought to protect my people for decades, battling every day without rest for prosperity.
