What this book is about

This Destiny 1 Grimoire book covers heavy weapons, opening with Rocket Launchers and Machine Guns before turning to Swords. Along the way it profiles exotic and notable arms, from the Gjallarhorn, forged from the armor of Guardians who fell at the Twilight Gap, to Truth and Dragon's Breath from the labs of Feizel Crux and Victor Lomar.

You'll meet Super Good Advice, a machine gun with personality, memory and sass tied to the Hunter Pahanin, and the Thunderlord, whose bearers are said to be immortalized in song. The sword entries carry more story: Lord Shaxx struggles to imbue Hive blades with Light, argues with Zavala over attacking the Moon after Burning Lake, and Saladin forges the Young Wolf's Howl for you. A chilling voice speaks of Willbreaker, the sword of Oryx.

The book closes with the Thunderlord's variants, Abbadon and Nova Mortis, and what their creator feared.

Rocket Launchers

Rocket Launchers have a limited, devastating payload that provides an excellent countermeasure to heavily-armored ground forces and combat vehicles. There is no better battlefield equalizer. Skilled users often aim for the ground beneath nimble targets.
