Destiny: Rising launched with three destinations on Earth: Haven, the icy Jiangshi Metro and the Red Sea Rift.

In Jiangshi, Fallen Splicers loot Golden Age technology to build the Eclipse Monolith while the Hive stir beneath the ice. In the Red Sea Rift, the Cabal besiege the town of Veridia for Radiancite, a metal that holds Light, while the Vex push in through the Nexus Interface.
