What this book is about
This Destiny 1 Grimoire page takes you into the Asteroid Belt, once rich with Golden Age industry and now contested by Fallen pirates and Awoken patrols. Among the drifting wrecks sits the Reef, built from the ships of those who fled Earth during the Collapse, ruled by a Queen few have seen.
The Ghost Fragments show the Reef from the inside. Prince Uldren meets a veiled messenger in secret, wary of Guardians in the nav lanes. Mara and her Techeuns reach out to Awoken who left for Earth, with little success. A military order lays out an Awoken plan to destroy Beltrik the Veiled's fleet at 19 Fortuna.
The page also covers the Vestian Outpost and ends with Cayde-6 explaining the Prison of Elders: how the Queen came to rule the House of Wolves, why she keeps her captives, and what Variks's arena might really be for.

The Asteroid Belt
The Asteroid Belt is a great band of nothingness, speckled with unimaginable wealth. Once a treasure trove for Golden Age industry, the Belt is now a haunted place where Fallen pirates and Awoken patrols skirmish among the whispering carcasses of ancient machines.
Among the asteroids drifts the Reef, lashed together from the ruined ships of an ancient exodus. Here the Queen rules over the Awoken - the farthest known light of civilization.
