What this book is about

This book is a guide to the Lightbearers of Destiny: Rising, that game's playable heroes. It opens with Wolf, the customizable Solar protagonist. His Ghost, Zev, raises him in a library in the Old City, and Lord Radegast's Lightbearers bring him to Haven.

You'll also meet familiar names in new circumstances. Kabr is young and idealistic, revived at Gibraltar. Ikora Rey is a wandering Void scholar long before she leads the Warlocks. Jolder is alive and a former gladiator of the Warlord Yekaterina. Newcomers like the reckless trickster Ning Fei appear alongside the rest of the ten-strong launch roster, including Gwynn, Tan-2 and Finnala.

The final entries track who joined after launch, from Estela and Umeko in September 2025 through Siorra and Cassian, the Arbiter, in September 2026. Each comes with a note on their element and where they come from.
