What this book is about

This Destiny 1 Grimoire book follows the campaign against Oryx, the Taken King, told through reports and asides from the Vanguard and their allies. Eris Morn, Cayde-6, Ikora Rey and Commander Zavala trade notes as your Guardian boards the Dreadnaught, recovers a crystal, breaks into Rasputin's bunker and prepares to strike at Crota's realm, with Cayde's secret plan and his clashes with Eris running throughout.

After the King falls, the entries turn to the Taken left behind: Echoes cleared on Venus, Earth and Mars, patrol beacons on the Dreadnaught, and a signal sent somewhere into deep space. Eris confirms the Taken King's death to Osiris, and new subclass paths are introduced by Shaxx, Cayde and Ikora.

You also hear from Variks of House Judgement about the Kell of Kells, a cryptic poem about Oryx's Court with a challenge to its reader, and Petra Venj weighing how the Reef can keep fighting.
