What this book is about

This Destiny 1 Grimoire book covers Venus, a world the jungle has taken back. You read about ruined academies, abandoned dig sites, smoldering volcanoes and old Vex spires that have started to glow with power again. A Ghost Fragment imagines the planet's past and a possible "second birth."

Most of the book centers on the Ishtar Sink, where Guardians search the ruins of the Ishtar Collective, a large Golden Age scientific project. The Fallen House of Winter is pillaging the same ruins, backed by Skiff overflights and a possible staging area in the Cinders. You are told the situation is becoming a race against time, and that the ruins may warn of other threats rising on Venus.

The final entry turns to a dented copper box filled with a strange powder. The greatest minds study it closely, and what they find raises questions about who sent it and why.

Venus
